“This is an exquisite property which the prices reflect! Our view overlooked the awning over the front door which is in serious need of maintenance and cleaning, surprising considering the attention to detail everywhere else. ”

“The bed was really comfortable. There were a couple of hairs in the shower and on the bathroom counter. The breakfast buffet is not worth $23 pp. There are vines growing out of the chimneys of building 6 which concerned us about using the wood burning fireplace. In Elements Lounge, there is a spot on the ceiling indicating a roof leak. The siding shakes are rotten and discolored on the veranda of Elements. ”

“Smithfield Station is a quaint hotel right on the water. My room had a balcony overlooking the boat dock. It's a beautiful setting. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy. The restaurant is right next door, great food.”
