I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. 」

「Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while.
However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too.
If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.」
