Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

We had a great experience at this resort, we will return in the future. the Swimming pools were clean and more than enough, access to the beach was clean and organized. Food options were more than enough for us, definitely make reservations to the restaurant to get more variety, the steak house, the italian restaurant and the mexican restaurant (by the beach) were great options. Staff really friendly and helpful, they did try to sell us a membership but were not pushy at all (in our experience). Definitely we recommend this resort.

Bad

An excellent hotel to stay in. Pools were clean and right next to the beach. The food in the restaurants was a high standard, particularly enjoyed breakfast with a huge range of choice. The pool food was a bit average, but you could walk to the restaurant if you wanted more choice or quality. The gym was well equipped, although the Peloton bike wasn’t working. Staff were great and super helpful. Super coffee shop, proper ground coffees and iced drinks. Enjoyed the stay.
