All staff are very nice，everything was great.it’s just that there’s room door has a problem, every time we can not open the room door, when we change the room key, sometimes can open, sometime can’t open, so we need to change the key again and again.

Overall our experience at Wyndham Grand Cancun was excellent. Reading some of the reviews we were worried that we booked the wrong hotel to stay in. The staff was excellent and the food was really good. The beach did not have a lot of sargassum and was really nice. Yes the property is dated and does need some visual updates but I'm not here for the aesthetics. AC kept up and we slept nice and cool. My family enjoyed there stay and would recommend it.

The best resort I have stayed at. The attention was great!! Everyone was so nice including Daniel Uribe and Roberto. Everyone at the poolside were also so nice. Loved this place so much. The food was top notch!! Definitely recommend.

Very beautiful just double check on the pool are super stinky and musty. Beach are awful.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We first visited about 10 years ago, and they have done a wonderful job remodeling and maintaining the property. Everything was clean and well kept, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, many seemed unwilling to assist and did not provide the level of hospitality you would expect from a resort in the service industry. We traveled as a group of 12 and were excited to return after speaking so highly of our previous experience. Sadly, we left disappointed. We were told the hotel was only operating at about 30% capacity, yet there were multiple occasions where we were turned away from restaurants because we didn’t have reservations—even though the restaurants appeared nearly empty. Overall, the property itself is beautiful and worth visiting, but the lack of accommodating and welcoming service took away from what could have been an excellent experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as this resort has so much potential to provide an outstanding guest experience.

I enjoyed the property and how it was spread out from the partyers and the older folks who wanna sit by the pool and relax. I didn’t enjoy that there was only a server for pool side service at like noon at the older folks pool, but the party pool was more attended too. The staff were nice except one women at the front desk that was extremely rude to Me and when I was locked outta my room none the less essentially called me stupid for waiting for guest services who was on break so I could get my key card renewed so that I could go back to my room. All and all 8/10 experience and I would go back.
