The check-in speed is very fast, the staff are skilled in operation, and the whole process is smooth. The room is clean and comfortable, and the river and lake scenery outside the window is also very charming, making the overall stay experience very good.

The front desk staff were kind and approachable; they answered every question I had patiently, even about local tourist spots. The room was impeccably clean—crisp bed sheets, a spotless shower area, and a clean window with a clear view. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the city!

Everything is fine but the infrastructure is poor. I stayed two nights. The light in the bathroom could not be turned off on the first night and it was bright overnight. I called them to have it fixed on the second day, but it failed again at night, so the light kept on for two nights. Manager Pan was nice. She apologized and invited us to breakfast on the departure day. However, the poor facility is not something I have ever expected from a hotel.

由於酒店進行裝修，端早上裝修嘈音已經勁嘈，嘈到電視聲都聽不到，嘈到與家人也傾不到計，曾致電酒店經理，但仍不能解決，在房間裡嘈到頭痛，超級滋擾，更不明白連端午節假期一定多人入住也這樣裝修，今次入住實在不愉快

原訂城景房前台給我們升級至豪華江景房，房間大又乾淨、景色優美，職員友善，整體滿意。
