Great hotel, clean, good location.

Very beautiful small boutique hotel, with very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning staff are always cleaning and they do an exceptional job. The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. Thank you to Irene, Tony and Thomas for making our stay even better. Highly recommend this little cute hotel.

Our stay here in Hanoi was absolutely incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the cost. The value for what you receive is unbelievable. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Tracy from the concierge service, who was unbelievably helpful. She completely handled booking our day trip for us from start to finish. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent location in the old quarter. Easy access and walking distance to any part of the old quarter you want to explore. Great staff shout out to Mr. EZ. The breakfast here is so delicious and the chef at the main station is so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed staying twice at Champton.

The staff were all very helpful the location to Old Town is outstanding walking distance to the lake it is simply one of the best location I have stayed in in Hanoi. Although on a busy Rd there is little noise. A little touch up of paint here and there would not go astray. The bar staff upstairs at the rooftop bar were extremely friendly and the drinks presented good value for money.

Fantastic hotel centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean, new premises with a rooftop pool and bar. The staff are all welcoming and extremely helpful making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. The breakfast is great with a delicious selection of foods, including cooked to order eggs and crepes! I without a doubt recommend staying here for your trip to Hanoi.
