Yangtze River Delta Kid friendly Holidays

Windows! Double-layered. Apartment was very quiet. We had a surprise upgrade! Good kitchenette & utensils. Superb quality of toiletries. Very helpful front desk executives, namely Alex & Grace. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant & memorable. Good location - eateries are of walking distance, an international church nearby the eateries, 1 supermarket next to Modena (till 9pm) and another smaller one near the eatery Square (24 hr). Near to airport, about 10 minutes. Easy to take a cab (ask the front desk to call - cabs will definitely arrive). A simple but functioning gym & a self-service laundromat room (2 washers & 2 dryers - buy tokens from front desk).

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. During my last stay, I thought I lost my hand phone, Cindy and her colleagues were very helpful to try to locate my phone via the Didi company. Really appreciate their help. However, the conditions of the first room given to us was not so good. There were stains in the bathroom which shouldn’t be the case. Housekeeping is lacking though the housekeep staff was very friendly when I met them along the corridor.

Hotel/apartment is a little dated and could do with maintenance. For the price, this was not as good as other places we stayed in Shanghai.

Great hotel with beautiful amenities and a convenient central location. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The mall is just next door. Have stayed in this hotel three times. I had the most incredible stay at the Fairmont Peace Hotel. The location was central and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff were a standout for me. I’ll be back!
