"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants. Parking is available and can be tight, though they may have options for larger vehicles so make sure to inquire ahead and reserve a spot. Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and professional. It really made an impression. Our one breakfast experience was not ideal as there was a constant long queue for 1 coffee machine which blocked several of the food areas. Overall a lovely hotel with stellar staff. "
"Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen.
Would highly recommend."
