“The room was clean and spacious but the room needs to be updated”

“This hotel is modern and provides as close to a full breakfast as you could get under the heading of "continental". The room was spacious and clean. My one complain was the overall design of the building. First, like us, everyone had to drive around both sides of the building to find the office which is in the back. Signage would have been nice. Second, the halls are like a maze. Once we figured it out - fine, but it took a while, especially since the parking is not close to the elevator to……

“We arrived late at night and the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue in our room and the staff responded immediately and so graciously to resolve it. We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. ”

“Economy budget hotel but with ideal perks for a traveler on a budget. Rooms are well kept and appears minir updates recently done to rooms.”

“我们到店被告知我们的预约没查到，说是因为银行卡有问题被取消了，但我们并没有收到任何邮件通知,系统也显示订单有效。但加上10元钱后就有可以重新预定了，还是用的同一张卡付款并成功，很显然银行卡有问题是个很随意的借口，我认为。这是不尊重契约的行为。卫生间不干净有头发，浴缸下水口坏了，提不起来。”

“Pros: The staff was quite friendly, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, and bathroom was big. Everything was clean. Cons: Walls are thin, can hear neighbors (my solution, keep bathroom and A/C fans running--white noise). I would suggest a different contractor to fix the floor transitions and sink plumbing into wall.”
