“Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space and spacious rooms. Pool is open until 11pm which is great! The bathroom tile was run down/damaged and a dirty. Found an empty bottle of whiskey in the closet from previous guest maybe? You can hear neighbors walking up/down the metal spiral staircases in the rooms. I would stay again.”

“What an excellent stay! The Grand Hyatt Vail was exactly what our family needed for a wonderful spring break ski trip. The staff at the front desk and valet were remarkable and catered to every request. The room was lovely and the convenience to the ski lift was outstanding!”

“No me atendieron nunca, les dejamos varios mensajes para limpiar el cuarto que desde origen tenía comida abajo del sillón, nunca cambiaron toallas y se les pidió, se les pidió papel de baño y en 1 semana no lo pudieron proporcionar, me mintieron cuando dijeron que en 30 minutos hacían el cuarto y nunca llegaron. Y todo ese servicio fue el que pagué y no recibí Metí quejas y ayuda durante todo el viaje y no me atendieron . ”
