「The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.」
