“When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold……

“Room was clean. Loved it had a kitchen and late check in they had some little snack options by the desk so we got cup.of noodles and loved that we had our own little kitchen to make it in. Everything was nice and clean check in and check out was super easy. We didnt have breakfast but the set up looked nice and it smelled good. ”

“The room was nice and clean. The remote for the TV was a little hard to figure out. The lobby was very nice and comfortable for sitting and hanging out. There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.”
