“The shower floor could be upgraded and I wish there was not carpet in room but other then that it was great! We will stay again! Breakfast was excellent and the bar/restaurant was open until 9pm and that was on July 4th holiday!”

“I absolutely loved the spaciousness inside the room, as well as the 24 hr coffee/tea stand with cups and plates available. The shower is beautiful ! Some of the guest were really loud early in the morning, we could literally hear everything. All in all I would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“This is a beautiful property with interesting history. The room was comfortable. The innkeepers are very gracious and helpful. While not located in the heart of the historic district, it’s a short walk away. Quite honestly, it’s better than being in the heart anyway - more quiet and easier parking. There is a fantastic bar just behind the house, and Snallygasters (best restaurant in town) is next door. ”

“Loved the house! Smaller than what you see in the pictures presented however plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. Up on a hill so very nice view from the upper deck. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Road is a little rough when you get closer to the cabin but a car would have no problems unless there was snow..4×4 would most likely be needed. The only thing that I didn't like was there was firearm discharge nearby during the days I was there..I am an avid 2A supporter but prefer……

“Cozy house nestled in the mountains of West Virginia. Well-maintained, clean, great yard for pets and/or kids! Lovely grilling and fire pit area. We throughly enjoyed our stay!”
