「My stay at the Embassy Suites was perfect from check in to check out. Friendly staff, breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect. Close to Broadway and super close to the track. I will be staying there in the future for sure !! 」

「Overall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.」

「Overall All was great! Some little details could be improved: Coffee brewer didn’t work properly. Extra water to brew coffee was not available ☹️. FYI The TV did not connect to server and help phone support did not pick up. It took some troubleshooting to discover that the on/off button is located on the panel mounted to the wall . Bathroom Mirror is mounted at belly height. ??」
