"Compared to a hotel this is a step up as there is more room and a kitchen. Despite the description there is no washer/dryer and no soaps provided. There is a kitchen but the only pots and pans were so worn and damaged they were not usable. Cabinet doors were missed and damaged. The dish sponge was old and in need of replacement. There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies provided. It is an apartment below a family of 8 with 6 kids. These kids are active and can be heard running until 2am....
