"Staff were helpful. Area was very convenient. Local to man food places, shopping centre, and bus station within walking distance. 24hr reception makes it safer. Only issue was that though they claimed free wifi in alll rooms, the wifi service was not available in my room unless i stood directly in front of my door. I couldnt use the wifi & relied on my mobile data. Made planning things and keeping in touch with people difficult. "

"Fab, perfect for a work or city visit "

"Very noisy. Doors opening and shutting all the way through the night. Hotel can't help what guests do, but they could install soft closing doors. These doors were slow closing but the final 3 inch slammed. The lock on my door was held on by two screws, but they were screwed into a damaged frame so could easily be pushed open. I've stopped in other Hilton's which were of a much higher quality."

"The hotel and room were so comfortable and clean. Only one suggestion. Put a plug socket near the mirror. Apart from that there was nothing wrong at all. "

"We had a great time yet again at the village hotel but fortunately we stopped in 173. This room is narrative impossible to find the postage for it is absolutely crazy. If we just stopped another room we will give you a five star service rating."

"Place was nice but walls are bare thin and you can hear next door all night, when I raised this with the front desk they just shrug their shoulders. On the other side the gym was good and the staff manning it were extremely helpful and polite."
