“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“Polite staff from check-in to check-out, a staff member showed me to my room and explained the keys and access points for after 9pm. The room was in the cottage’s past the enclosed beer garden. The room was clean and tidy, warm enough once the oil radiator was turned on and the bathroom was clean and a great size. “quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”
