「Personal atento, hotel normal」

「早餐很棒! 但大廳出入門口為階梯 有行李會很不方便進出 房間內部設施有點老舊」

「A very good value for a solo traveler looking for a good place to stay in a very in-demand and comparatively expensive neighborhood. The real value is in its central location right off Calle Colima and the plethora of high quality restaurants and cafes it offers, let alone street food vendors. A 24-hour convenience store on the opposite corner also comes in handy for pre-dawn tour pickups to grab beverages and snacks. The issue of thin room walls and hearing every conversation going on outside...

「Room was clean and had a really nice bed Location is nice to close to everything and good restaurants Staff was not professional at all i had to literal kick the greetings out of them every morning They will not clean your room everyday so you have to manage your own As far as towels they took ours the first day we got there and my wife had to chase down another set The kitchen is well stock with pans and stuff No complementary coffee i thought that was bad because it has a nice...

「A very nice room that is very centrally located to restaurants, bars, and shops. A cute little outdoor patio area as well.」

「Incredible hotel and the staff is even better… The level of hospitality they helped us with was absolutely above and beyond. From helping with transportation all around the city, to and from airports and to and from the Formula One race… To helping lineup birthday cakes and balloons and flowers for each of the ladies for all of our rooms… And countless other moments… This hotel is absolutely top-notch.」

「Location: Quite convenient, but the hotel has no obvious sign, making it difficult to find upon arrival. Cleanliness: The room was clean, but I found dead cockroaches in the hallway and on the stairs twice, presumably due to pest control. Furthermore, I saw the dead bugs when leaving in the morning, and the staff still hadn't cleaned them up when I returned at night. Amenities: Cooking utensils are quite complete and convenient.」

「Nancy was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property was beautiful and the restaurants were delicious. I would stay here again.」

「This unique property is perfect for a first visit to Mexico City.」

「Unique taste, right in the middle of the action, staff is amazing, and having the breakfast included made a great difference.」

「Las atenciones de las personas es lo mejor, las recámaras son pequeñas y el baño, pero se duerme bien y cero ruido.」
