Staff is helpful, help you to cross the road if you are staying on the garden side. Staff on the beach also helpful and try to help with getting good price for activities. Food in the restaurant is great but a bit expensive depending on your budget (I am a student ) Would have liked to have easy access to a microwave and cellphone in the room to contact the lobby...

「This was not a hotel. This is a motel, the worst motel the room smell so bad and there were bedbugs on the bed. The doors would not luck the lights don’t work. The widows have a crack in them. The whole hotel looks horrible.I would not recommend anybody to stay there. We didn’t even there, we got there in less than 15 minute. we was out of there and went to another hotel.」

「The room was not what we booked. Staff unhelpful. The room was poor quality. We were told we would get some of our money refunded and have not. Location is very good and that is what you pay for.」
