"Beautifully appointed property in lovely quiet residential neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the harbor, Stearns Wharf, State Street ( which is largely pedestrianized). The whole of the downtown is bike friendly also. Beach cruiser bikes are provided by the hotel as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here "

"Let me say that I really really like this hotel. The outdoor space is so fun, the location is one block off of State Street, the rooms are nicely done, and I can bring my dog! There is easy parking right next door (you have to pay, but cheap for Santa Barbara). I like using my phone as a room key. The room is well appointed and has little touches like a wine bottle opener.
