You can tell it’s just a job for them they don’t care if there is a mix up or someone screws up they just clock in clock out and don’t care about you or type of service they give. "We generally liked our stay here. What we didn't like is that there is a daily charge for parking that is not made clear when you reserve. Though eventually I was told I would get this refunded, it was a struggle getting the front desk to agree. Did not care for that. It is also ridiculous to charge for parking in a large open air lot with plenty of spaces. This is not a municipal garage. Other than that, the room was comfortable, quiet, and reasonably clean."
