“no house keeping”

“The room and bathroom were very clean. Pool and hot tub amazing. Only complaint I have is we had 4 people. We were given 3 towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 mini soap and 2 tiny bottle of shampoo (2 of us have looong hair). They cleaned the room. Took the used towels but didn’t give new ones.”

“The AC is weakkkk. Room set at 65 will not go lower and was HOT & Humid. Complained and said nothing they can do they are sold out, no other rooms. We showered and were sweating. I asked for Fan, sorry no fan. Asked again for different room or to look at AC, they said AC was working fine. No way was it 65 mor like 77. The room we stayed in was a Cubicle. No windows but a sliver at top of room. This room is the same price as all the other rooms. I complained, no change in price. There……
