「This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The bed was broken and sunken in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The white comforter had large yellow stains, which was completely unacceptable. I stayed for two days and never received fresh towels. When I asked a housekeeper in the hallway, she told me they were “waiting on laundry” and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me just two washcloths. 「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...
