"Enjoyed our stay"

"Exceeded expectations. Pool was a hit with the kids - 2 and 5 year olds. "

"The hotel has been updated with comfortable rooms that are clean and nice. The pool area is clean. Breakfast was great. Easy, fast, and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The only downsides are: rooms surrounding the pool area are loud during open pool hours. Rooms could use a with noice cancelling material in the hallway walls. The parking garage is closed, but not yet under construction. So the surrounding area looks dated and rundown, but the hotel building itself...

"Had a room issue. Apparently, someone smoked a cigar either in our unit, or outside and the smell blew in. Regardless, it was strong enough that my wife and I both developed headaches. (I am a former smoker even). I also have asthma. Wasn’t feeling this room. Front desk allowed us to change rooms and all was well. Nice staff. Responded quickly. It is surprising, however, that any hotel allows people to smoke on their property, but this one does."

"The pool was not heated even though they said it was heated. We have stayed at other courtyards and the pool was heated"

"When we checked in Friday, we were informed that there would be no housekeeping service during our stay, but that fresh towels would be available at the front desk. At $329 a night in Hadley, MA, this is a meaningful discrepancy from normal expectations. "

"We have stayed in many hotels/Inns/Lodges in the past. My 5 year old daughter said, "this one is the best in which we have ever stayed." Looking forward to another stay in 6 days. Absolutely loved it."
