“Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel war extrem schmutzig und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war völlig unzureichend. Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist. Während unserer Reise durch Schottland haben wir in insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Premier Inn Hotels übernachtet. In allen anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden, sowohl was Sauberkeit als auch Komfort anging. Dieses Hotel hingegen war……

“!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in a very long time. It's a hotel ran as a unhelpful Airbnb. Staff is essentially non-existent. Ill list the issues: 1 - I try to book things that have restaurants attached, so I have a default, In case I just want to get back to my accommodations, I have somewhere easy to eat. It was closed. This was a major reason I booked this place. 2- stains on pillow case 3- fan in bathroom didn't work 4- mattress was clearly……

“Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw……

“The room was really nice and spacious, but they really need an elevator (lift) as our room was 2 floors up and I am disabled. Food was excellent- we’re sorry we had to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Staff was very helpful.”

“It’s a cozy house and easy to find. The kitchen is the best room I like, they got everything you need. We had a great time here.”
