“The guy at the front desk is racist & called the cops on me for allegedly smoking weed when I wasn’t.”

“Staff was great and very pleasant. There was no access to water at all which was very disturbing. Had to go to the bar and wait to get water. The exercise room could use a solid cleaning and update to some equipment, would do wonders if it was cleaned daily when they do the rooms.”

“Enjoyable stay.clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is there should be a card on how to use the remote for the tv.we couldn't figure out how to lower the volume until my husband asked the receptionist in the morning. Also at breakfast there were a few men there who did not know how to use the waffle maker. I know the instructions were there on the counter but how many men read instructions?? Maybe put them on the wall above the waffle maker so they can see……

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

“Hotel staff is super nice. They have breakfast and from Mon to Thursday they also have happy hour with wine & food free of charge.”
