“Breakfast was great. Lot of parking. I paid for my room through Expedia in advance of my stay. I was charge a small security deposit but for some reason the room was also charge to my Visa. “Front desk staff was welcoming and quite helpful. Breakfast was good and had bfst burritos, which was a nice change. My only complaint was thet we couldn’t get our room to cool down to our liking, it never got below 69. This location is quite convenient to the PennaPike and to the Flight 93 Memorial. ”

“Hot tub, gym, and pool closed. NO mention of this ahead of stay. Booked because of the pool. Was under construction and many areas blocked off because of this. Found out upon arrival.”

“Property driveway and parking area not plowed after winter storm earlier in the day, and still not plowed the next morning. My car was stuck in the driveway. No staff at the front desk in the morning. I found a snow shovel in the entrance and dug unsuccessfully for an hour until a random passing snowplow (not contracted with the motel) took pity on me, cleared a path, and the driver helped me push my car out. Appalling.”
