「服务很差，电脑系统很烂」

「1st thing was a bad smell getting off the 3rd floor elevator but the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent.」

「usually properties at the low end of the pricing scale have some sort of nastiness, and this one was definitely not nasty! Staff was nice room was clean!」

「The hotel itself was great. Big rooms, clean, very quiet and great location. The only disappointing piece was parking -- $49 day, valet only. There is free and low-cost street parking easily found around the hotel though -- that's what we used. Even overnight, just be careful to read the signs. 」

「Great room, nice view, great temp control, very clean and comfortable. Dislike: 1) being required to pay $20 per day for breakfast/amenities that I didn't particularly want; and 2) the hotel recommended a taxi service that charged me literally triple the usual fee for a short ride: $45 one-way to the Denver Zoo! (Return taxi charged $15 for the identical trip). The hotel should exercise greater care before recommending a company.」

When Expedia failed to associate my breakfast page on my reservation (to appear on Evens Hotel confirmation), he made sure to get in contact with Expedia to confirm my full details. He even included a few cups of coffee for me and my wife. THANK You very much sir, I didnt get your name (you mentioned having family in Tampa,FL as well as Port St. Lucie, FL)」

「Friendly staff, easy check in. Any requests to front desk were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also good that there is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site. Restaurant/bar had a limited menu but the food is excellent as was the service.」
