“The room was fine. The staff was nowhere to be found. I arrived and no one was at the property. Found a contact to text and 15 minutes later the housekeeper shows up to let me and another couple in. Then she wasn't sure who was supposed to be in which room. Finally got it straightened out and settled in. Then this morning, no one to check out with.”

“So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! ”
