「When we arrived we could immediately tell this hotel was not clean. We got up to our room and there was poop in the toilet and when flushed, it started overflowing. When we went down to tell them, we received no apology. We were just told someone would come up to fix it. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and the assistant manager said he did not have authorization and that the general manager would have to process the refund the next day. We received no update the following day....

「Room was nice ! Bathroom nice with an extra big shower . I like that they had the old school bottles of shampoo & Con. As well as bar soap. I don't like those dispensers! Plenty of towels & a blow dryer . Hard bed but fine . Soft sheets and ok pillows . There was no iron or board; no fridge . I was surprised with that as those seem pretty basic nowadays . Staff was very nice ;) check in was easy. Parking in back of hotel . Location was everything !!! Safe and walkable to all of downtown ....
