“Needs to renovate..”

“My first impression of the Hotel was amazing! It looks awesome from the outside on the hill. As we entered the two set of double doors, one set was a bit out of line but still worked. Then we waited for someone at the front desk….waited no one showed until we used our phone to call. Unfortunately, she was the only one on duty and had to wear several hats, we tried to make light of it but no humor. Proceeded to our room and it was very nice. Decided to have dinner in the Red Fox Bar. One Barmaid……

“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

“Very nice”

“I had room 524 on the fifth floor. Shower water never got hot and I waited a good five minutes. The air conditioning/heating system would not heat. The pillows were obviously very dusty as I am allergy sensitive to dust. In general, it seemed this room hadn’t been slept in in a while or had not been well cleaned. Very good breakfast! Desk service at check-in was not very friendly and very mediocre. Feel like I deserve a refund.”
