"The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, the dinner menu was. Little light for choice but the food was good. Room was clean, bathroom felt a bit tired."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. The staff could not have been friendlier. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. "We used the Brit hotel as a base for our trip to Normandy. It’s in a good location for visiting all the historical sites. We stayed in the family room and there was plenty of room for us all (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). A kettle and a few coffee sachets were provided but no cups and milk. However, there was a small supermarket 2 mins away so we purchased cups/milk from there. We didn’t eat at the hotel. So I can not comment on the food. "This is a hotel that is part of a chain. A clean and tidy room that had all the basics, but nothing else. It was quiet when we stayed so no noise issues. Located in an industrial type area with a few chain restaurants which is convenient. For the price it suited us well for a 1bnight stay, but would drive us nuts of it was home for a week."
