「Convenient valuable 」

「The places was not well equipped, with it being over 30 degrees- only a small fan was placed in room. The windows did not open fully. No water placed in room knowing it was going to be hot. The outside needs update and not what the photos show. Breakfast was nice but.」

「Amazing place to stay. We were attending a funeral down the road and it was the perfect location for us. Great value for money and including breakfast which was excellent. The best part though was the staff who were all welcoming, friendly and went out of their way for everyone. Would recommend 100%!」

「We had a deluxe room on the second floor. It was extremely hot - due to the temperature outside being 33 degrees - we did have a fan but no air con. Nice shower and coffee machine and kettle. 「We found the hotel very friendly and the staff could not have been more attentive. Part of the reason for staying at this hotel was it was pet friendly. Can’t fault the attitude towards our pet. Makes life so much easier as a pet owner. Will definitely stay here again. Also was well positioned relative to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon which was a bonus. 「酒店把我们的订单遗忘了，当我们到达时，只能给我们一间房间，经过两个多小时的折腾，最后终于搞定，让我们的乡村之行整个不完美的开端。其他都很好，设备、早餐、价格、位置都很好。」

「All staff were first class nothing was to much trouble,food was good,breakfast was the best,room was clean, very hot but could not keep windows open due to a extractor very close and running until food not being cooked and kitchens cleaned then the music well not our taste but loud so no early to bed, then of course breakfast start up so extractor starts again so early rise even if you don't want it,then the toilet seat broke, was fixed while out, other little things no where to hang wet...

「I chose the Kings Arms for location and the olde worlde look of the rooms on their website. The location was perfect for our trip, however the hotel was not! Check in is at the bar - all ok.
