“One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! I will say the whole hotel is clean and comfortable the front desk staff is very helpful and kind. This was an emergency trip to UAB Hospital and we needed to be close to the hospital. ”

“Go with zero expectations. Breakfast was so-so - scrambled eggs, sausage and grits. A few bananas, but no grab-and-go items like apples, muffins, etc. You need a raffle ticket from the front desk. Our toilet flushed poorly, the tub was very slippery and the grab bar in the tub was coming out of the wall (screws exposed). “The hot breakfast was good. The second morning we were there, breakfast was not served and a we were given a paper bag with a banana, bagel and bottled water. You are almost forced to use the valet service for your care. The hotel is going through a major renovation and I'm sure it will be better when it is completed.
