"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

Different to Our previous stays we had our 4month old child with us. A portacot was available and made up with adorable bedding. We will definitely be back for a 4th stay in the future "

"This property was amazing I loved staying in the Apartments with friendly caring service from the owner nothing was any trouble. I wish I stayed longer and would stay there again next time. If you want somewhere quiet and close to the local Hotel and Shops you can't get a better place. "

"Showers need a really good clean to get rid of mould. Unpleasant smell when first arriving into room. Room was very large and had everything we needed."

"Great size for the 5 of us, nice and clean and handy stroll into town. The internal staircase is realy steep ( fine if you are fit and able) which we all were. Really awesome tudor style place great for the $$$"

"Great location for central Dunedin and the Octagon's nightlife. Parking availability very handy in a quiet area. We had a large room with separate comfy chairs for TV viewing. Staff at reception gave excellent advice on the surrounds."
