「The hotel appears lovely and has clearly been invested in. The room was as pictured, clean on arrival and spacious. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and explained everything really well and the availability of EV charging was impressive. However, the pictures are misleading - the hotel does NOT have a pool. They have a “spa” with hydrapool at a cost of £25 for 2 hours and only by appointment. 「Hotel was really lovely! We just had a room which was on the top floor and asked if we could have another fan or the windows to be open more as it was so hot in there. Girl from the bar wrote it down and said she will speak to the general manager but she only works on the bar so couldn’t tell me an answer which was totally fine.
