“The location of this property is great! Easy access to the beach and good size private pool and hot tub. Amenities within the condo were good. The condo itself is a good size with a comfortable living room and larger balcony. Might be a personal preference but bed was too soft and a bit sunken in. Sofa beds weren’t really comfortable for adults. Owners were responsive regarding logistics and checking in. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property actually looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. There were grills conveniently located throughout the property, plenty of lighting at night, a nice pool, and a great park area for families. One of the best parts was the location—it’s very close to the beach and right on the golf cart route, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. Overall, this was a great place to……

“The pictures on the website make the rental property appear much bigger and does not mention that it is actually a duplex. The door code would not work so, I had to call to get someone to let me in. The staff personnel I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Although pet-friendly, which is a plus, the backyard needed to be mowed and was full of stickers. Therefore, I could not use it to take my dog outside. It wasn't the worst, but definitely not what I expected.”

“Everything was perfect until the first night we went to shower and as I am bathing my 1 year old, a flying roach attacked us and kept flying toward us. I had my husband take a picture of it on the wall and then sent a picture to the property management and no response. We threw it outside and just locked ourselves in the main room. Next day we refused to stay inside and avoided it. Came home finally to shower and let the babies nap and here comes two more visitors. I let the property know even……

“Rental was ok and outdated. Third bedroom with double beds was so hot, that my family member went home. The rest of the home was cool. In the master bedroom. the ceiling fan did not work, the cable box did not have power, the toilet was running on our second day and the shower head did not spray evenly. Property stated we could have 10 people and three cars can park on the property. There was a sign on the refrigerator that stated only 8 people can stay at the facility and we only received 2……
