“The room, the hotel and the amenities were all very clean. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside was that the room I paid for was over booked. It took front desk staff about 15 mins to find us a balcony ocean front room. I originally paid for the higher floors and ended up at the 3rd floor. Not an end all be all but I also wasn’t happy because that’s not what I paid for. We drove 4 hrs with two kids who were very tired and at this point we just wanted to rest. I……

“Overall it was great. Service was great and everyone was friendly The view was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The only negative would be the bar and restaurant service took a while at times but the food and drinks were really good!”

“I was on the fence about booking this place, and if you are too let me help you: don’t. The room itself was okay. Not very clean or particularly nice, but not awful. The main issue with this place is the staff. We must have talked to five different employees during our stay, and each one of them was completely incompetent and very unpleasant. Also, the parking situation was horrible, the breakfast was mediocre, slowest elevators I have ever seen, and there were no chairs on the balcony which……
