“Love the design. Bathroom sing and shower have a great layout but crappy on the faucets. ”

“Parking lots dark and Front drop off area waisting limited parking spaces, Handicap parking is around side of building and not very user friendly, also very limited, Otherwise very nice hotel , beautiful open 6 story balcony’s circleing every floor, with two glass windowed elevators. Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen, more like a high end resort. ”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”
