“This was the worst La Quinta stay I have ever had. The food was inedible. The staff was underprepared and overworked. The hotel was overbooked. Our check in was delayed by 30 minutes to clean a room (2 hours after the normal check in time). The elevator broke down several times in our 18 hours in the hotel. The side door was left open, which while convenient for going in and out-struck me as a safety concern for guests.”

“This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty.
