“General: Staffs are nice, standard breakfast Pros: Awesome pool for kids. Beds are big(booked 4 ppl room) AC is cold. Location is good; easy to access everythings, and there is a supermarket right next to hotel entrance. You can request free seceleted movie at your room, but our TV signal is pretty bad; shows ghost images. Bicycle (with child seat) and motorcycle (no child helmet) rental are avaliable at front desk. “smell moldy when I first got into the room. The air-conditioner is leaking. There were moskitos in the room. When I was about to take a shower, there was no shower gel. A good location if you like beach. And the villa-like hotel is beautiful. There is no decent breakfast.”

“The garden is nice and staff are friendly however can only handle basic English and may not be able to provide assistance on basic travel info. Arrived in the evening, I asked the staff if any place for nice restaurant and money exchange, she is not certain about the opening hour of the money exchange and she thought it was closed already by 7pm and not sure for places for food. “This is our 2nd time here. The location is so convenient to Main Street in Sanur. Plenty of eating options. The resort is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. Staff is top notch. Just like family. We would stay again when we come back. ”
