“Pool was closed. Rooms were dirty and no soap in the room my daughter stayed in. She checked out that first night. We never checked in. Couldn't check in till 5:30pm not like 3:00 as they said in the website. Hotel been in remodeling mode since December one staff member told us.”

“When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!”

“Cute place- very nice for families or for a romantic getaway! Cleanest place I've ever been. Super relaxing- they thought of everything! Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, super soft beds, balcony on 2nd floor had glider chairs and a big sliding glass door that overlooked the pond and fountain..... will be telling all my friends and family. Super close to both Berlin & Millersburg. Easy check in- easy check out. Quiet and serene.”
