"Overall an excellent choice for exploring Milan - easy access to public transport and the hotel itself was spotless, good breakfast and friendly staff. Downsides: no safe in room, no peep-hole on door. As a solo woman traveller these things made it not a 5* stay for me in terms of safety."

"A good place for a short stay for the price. The rooms are quite small and the walls are paper thin. Its very close to trams and buses so getting arround from the hotel is easy enough."

"We had a last minute change , we found this property on line, 2 minutes from central station and metros, Staff were great and helpful, room was spacious and we had a little balcony which was great , to open up and let fresh air in, beds comfortable, room was clean Would recommend "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. I would have liked to stay longer. Thank you!"

"Continental hotels often have the same smooth finish slippery shower trays. I stubbed my toes several times sliding on shower gel suds. Not a major issue and I'm probably in the minority but it reflects my thoughts."

"Nice little hotel. Only a few minutes walk away from Metro with shops and plenty of restaurants close by. Only a few stops to city center.Room was nice and simple with a fridge. Small bathroom but didn't mind. Just personally would like to thank two of the staff Luana and Anna who helped me with a health issue on my last night. So grateful.Thanks. All of the staff were brilliant."

"This is a very good hotel as it has a great staff with an excellent location (about 5 minutes from the M2 metro line and 10 minutes from the M1). The breakfast was an excellent way to start the day! Great place to stay i Milan"

"Hotel Milano Castello is clean and I love its artworks in the lobby ang their gardens. The breakfast is good. The only thing is, they don't have room service. If you need something like ironing board and iron, you have to pick it up yourself. But over all, I love the hotel and our stay was good. "

"We were in Milano for a football match. This hotel was wonderfully located, half hour walk from San Siro and a 10 minute walk to City Life, shopping mall. The area is gorgeous with tree-lined streets and the breakfast provided was delicious. The hotel also has a parking garage so there is no need to stress about finding parking along the street. Would highly recommend this hotel. "
