"Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and...

"Nice property with large rooms and great for a family of 4. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. "

"Lovely hotel in a quite area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. In need of some TLC is certain areas but it does not inpact on stays or your experience. We used this hotel whilst attending a 2 day event held close by"

"Nice and clean as always, could have maybe just been a little bit more careful regarding the rooms for next time that is all. Only gave the staffing a 3/5 because you don’t really have contact which I could not mark them down/more for this."

"I really enjoyed our stay, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere and really nice rooms. The food and service in the restaurant was good with enough choice and flexibility for kids. The hotel was clean and well taken care of but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms since I found some hairs in the shower and in one of the beds. Still, great place to stay and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely stay here again."

"The property's proximity to Efteling is great! Perfect to spend a day at the park then unwind at the hotel's various lounges and restaurants with excellent staff! It's easy to get to and from Hotel de Kroon and the GuestHouse hotel. Overall we had a great stay!"
