Nice modern building and being on lakeside 2nd story we had great views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Very quiet rooms with virtually no noise from other rooms/guests or road. (Quest was fully booked and we heard virtually nothing from around our room) Facilities for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer all great.
