"Proprietor was attentive to everyone's needs, flexible with schedules, went out of her way to create an atmosphere and provide extras which both made the visit unique. The view of the lake was stunning, the room spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for guests to enjoy the whole house without feeling crowded, even if the weather had become unpleasant. Rooms were light and airy, artfully decorated, with good flow. We'll go out of our way to visit again."

The facilities are always very clean and well-kept, kitchen was fully stocked beds are very comfortable, this is my new go to place to stay on that side of Seneca lake. "

"My husband and I stayed for one night in the 1820 room. The B&B was awesome! The fireplace in the room was so nice. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were amazing. I have never liked a bed more than my own at home except for this one. It was so convenient to have the brewery and bar across the courtyard and TimmyG’s restaurant in the backyard. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The owners are so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!"

"It was extremely close (5 min walk) to the museum. The room was extremely clean, which is a huge must for me! The price was very reasonable as well. Plenty of parking. Only wish was that breakfast was included. However, the buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and they were even kind enough to accommodate a family member's allergens. Wonderful experience here!"

"The best place to stay on Seneca Lake. The accommodations are great and the lakeside views are magnificent. Walk down to the shore and see the beautiful Glenora Falls and enjoy a tasting at the winery. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at La Tourelle. The staff was super friendly, our room was spotless and the happy hour in the lobby was terrific. Dinner at The Bistro was great too. Highly recommend La Tourelle for any stay in New York’s Finger Lake Region, so much natural beauty to see there."

"Great location within short walking distance to Ithaca Commons restaurants, free parking (with hotel validation) in the parking garage around the corner, room was clean, lots of desk space to do computer work, microwave to heat food, good water pressure in shower. Water pressure in sink however was low. Lighting was a bit harsh and limited (bright white light in floor & desk lamp, no dimmers, non-adjustable neck on desk lamp). Overall served our purpose for visiting the area well. "

The place held on to its roots, but the owners have updated the rooms and they are very comfortable and clean. I loved the little touches that were sprinkled all throughout the stay...the birdfeeders, the smores kits, fire pit starter kit, the morning on the go breakfast offering...."

"Truly Beautiful and amazing place. We loved our two night stay and would come back again and again. Loved the food from Sapalta and breakfast buffet was stellar (for purchase). The team of people working were lovely and made us feel very welcome!!! We were one of the last people to stay as it was the end of season but they never made us feel that way!"
