"Hot tub and pool not working, gym marginal, food average Overall this place alot of TLC We were told its under new ownership. So hopefully they'll give it some atte.tion soon. We liked the location away from the hustle and lack pf parking that Ithaca delivers."

"Excellent house located in the hills south of Ithaca. Great views, well appointed home, comfy beds, large sitting area, many conveniences such as USB connections throughout, saw deer and fox, and lovely gazebo in the fields. Clean and modern. Great fire pit and large dog run. We would stay again!"

"The property was very cool- vintage motel with great special touches ( smores packs on the room). The room was very nice and clean - retro feel with great big windows. The only complaint was the snippiness of the staff regarding check in and check out. I also had asked to drop my bag in the room an hour early and was told only if I paid the early checkin fee of 50 dollars. That seemed steep since I was just dropping a bag and checking where they were located since I was traveling alone and not going to then be returning until late- besides the room itself was a bit pricey to start. Very cool property though-"
