"The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a shared bathroom for the floor, which was fine for us since only one other room was occupied. (I don’t know how that goes when the inn is full.) We did not take advantage of any of the other common areas (living room w/TV, sitting room). The entire house is beautifully decorated in the Victorian style, with lots of furniture, busy wallpaper, and decorative items on the shelves, dressers and side tables. "Our host was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was marvelous. A wonderful place! Only small gripe - it is a very old house and the walls and ceiling are completely transparent to sounds… so can be a bit noisy depending on who is your neighbor. "

"My mom and I had a small weekend getaway in Limerick, Maine. The reason for our trip, was to attend a maple syrup weekend event at Hilltop Boilers and hike on Sawyer Mountain. "Loved our stay at the Tilton Inn. It's a quaint old hotel with great porches to sit on and watch the local fireworks that happened to be going on. Also relax at the end of the day. Onions restaurant was excellent from the food (excellent)to the service (excellent)and even the decor. Cheryl was a great server and Jess was an awesome bartender, both friendly and helpful. "We stayed at Bay Point, but had hoped to be in the main complex at Church Landing. The room was good, but had an odd plastic patio-like desk chair; hard and uncomfortable. Besides a bar/restaurant all other amenities were a few hundred yards away. A nice lake view, and ample parking. "
