"Very helpful and pleasant staff . "

"We got the the view of the river and city, it was a really nice view. The room was very clean, the sheets on the bed were clean sheets. Overall, the room/hotel was very nice. We paid an extra $55 for the buffet breakfast and parking. The only thing is that we didn’t think that the seafood buffet was worth $85pp only because they only had prawns, mussels, crab and oysters for the seafood. But the food was nice. "

"Stayed in lovely 2 bedroom (2 double beds) Perfect location, tram just across the road. Apartment was lovely and super clean, with everything we needed. Beautiful breakfast ground floor at restaurant. Short walk to beach, pool and spa on site. However there is new construction happening across the road but only working day hours so not really a bother. Would definately stay again."

"The kids loved the pool & spa & there were plenty of space & seating around it. The property is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, Broadbeach & Surfers with the light rail station right out the front door too."

"Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to. His recommendation for local beers were fantastic and spot on. Thanks for the great short stay!"

"Our 3rd stay at The Savannah, staff are friendly. Close enough to park the car & walk to beach , restaurants , pacific fair shopping & another centre closer . G light rail station close by & a great way to get around on the coast . "

"Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before...
