We used the spa facilities both days on our stay, the pool area is lovely, everything was really clean, your able to relax with drinks from the bar, we had massages and they were lovely! Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. ”
