“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another……

“The property was great, however the Kings Pool was closed while we were there. So we missed out on that. In the cabanas the birds were pretty bad towards the Kings Pool. The front canbanas weren't to bad. It was cool looking at all the babies running around though. The staff was incredible the entire time, they were always accommodating and happy to help. The sargassam wasn't bad except one day, but never kept us out of the ocean. Best place to go swimming or floating on the island. Short walk……

“Reserve la habitación que es frente a la playa en el primer piso , con una pequeña piscina , cuando llegue me cambiaron la habitación , porque estaba en mantenimiento y todo el primer piso estaba cerrado”

“We book this hotel for the kids area because we brought our kids and it was on construction all our stay also drinks where very water down but overall it was pretty good !”
