“The slowest WiFi I have ever experienced ”

“I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment. While I was impressed with the selection and service at the bar, as well as the excellent service provided by the room service staff, the dining room experience did not meet expectations. Specifically, I found the food quality and the level of customer service in the dining area to be unsatisfactory. I hope this feedback is constructive and assists in your ongoing improvements. ”

“I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left……

“The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options. ”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was……

“We stayed in a three bedroom three bath walk out to the beach villa. It was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to fight for a palapa. The water was clear and clean. No seaweed. My only small recommendation for the hotel would be for them to bring in some more sand for the beach. Great location an you can walk to many restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store on site which was great. Don’t hesitate just book it. ”

“Amazing views, attentative staff, every single meal was delicious. Infinity pool was in the perfect location. Highly recommend the massage and private dinner. I would suggest bringing plenty of cash. No atm on site so if you need money for tipping or excursions you have to take a taxi. Other than that our stay was unforgettable and we will be going back to cocobay ”
